Pasta a la Crème with Red Pepper and Caviar
* 1/2 jar (1.75 oz.) red lumpfish caviar* 1 fresh red pepper, chopped 1” pieces* 1 med. onion, chopped* 2 Tbsp. butter* 1/2 cup Half-and-Half (approx.)* 1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese* 1/2 lb. spaghetti or spaghettini
- Sauté the red pepper and onion in butter until soft
- Turn the heat down to simmer, and add caviar
- Cook for 5 min. (no more)
- Add the half-and-half, mix well
- Serve
